Has anyone had Blepharoplasty with local anesthesia as opposed to general?

Photos are great, very reassuring

Yes, I had it done in April. Very easy pain free procedure. Swelling was tough for a few days but 100% worth it. I'm thrilled. I feel so much more awake without my baggy eyelids pushing my upper lashes and makeup is so much easier. Scars are barely noticeable.

I should add the surgery itself was absolutely fine, but the aftermath was hard. I looked like I’d been hit by a bus.

this is before and about 2wks after

That's a great result!

It cost £4680 . There are places that are cheaper but I didn't want to take any risks so went for the best.

Wow!

I had an upper bleph under local in London. It's important that you can open and close your eyes while they are operating, to ensure they are doing everything correctly. Find an ophthalmic surgeon, I went with Dr Adriana Kovacova, she's brilliant, very gentle and the results are amazing, I'm thrilled. If you're anxious they can give you Valium beforehand. Honestly don't worry, it's absolutely fine, and I hate things being near my eyes! They put a black lens in the eye they are operating on so you can't see a thing. You can't feel anything either, and it doesn't take long, 30 mins per eye.

Hi, Can anyone recommend a surgeon for upper eyelid blepharoplasty in the Suffolk / Norfolk east coast area please and how much did it cost please. I love the look of your results
