Panicking numb feet in morning

Woke up yesterday and walked DS to school and I had the weirdest sensation that my left foot felt a bit 'dead' or numb, I could walk fine and no pain but it felt a bit frozen like it hadn't warmed up to the same temp as the rest of me. (It was a colder morning than it has been so drop in temp from the day before, but not very cold). It was the top of my foot so the part where your laces go. It went away when I got back to the house after about 2 hrs, put on warmer socks, drank coffee.
Today I've woken up and have the same feeling to a lesser extent under my toes on the other foot.
Is this something like Raynauds?
Obviously I am panicking about MS.
Have had some hormonal changes recently and was wondering about peri vs thyroid but haven't gotten checked out yet
I'm 35.
Thank you for any advice

Could be a sign of diabetes too, so I’d be asking for bloods

Thank you for replying, I do think I need to go get some bloods.
I've also had some issues with my vision recently but optician said my prescription was OK, but diabetes did come up when I was looking up about my eyes.
Thanks again

Sorry just adding that my fingers are swelling up and down a lot too. Not the joints the fleshy part. In mornings and evenings I can't move my rings and they leave an indent.
Just in case anyone recognises the combination of symptoms - numb feet and swollen fingers.

I have reynauds and have the same problem, I’ve had this feeling in one foot for a few years now and it came on suddenly like yours. It’s never gone away, just sometimes worse and sometimes a bit better. Meds don’t help.
Back issues can also cause the same thing and they don’t necessarily cause back pain. That what they initially thought was causing mine.
Don’t panic about MS. They have never even suggested it might be that for me.

That is 100% reynauds. That’s also a symptom I had alongside it. My fingers would tingle too, but the swelling made my fingers look like sausages. The swelling has gone since I’ve been on the meds. And as I said, I gave the same foot issue as you too.

Thank you so much for the reassurance and for sharing your experience, I really appreciate it. Glad to hear your fingers are improved on the meds but sorry to hear it hasnt helped your other symptoms. If you dont mind me asking was it hard to get a diagnosis?

It wasn’t hard, no. I went to the GP who immediately suspected reynauds. As the symptoms were considered more severe than a mild version of reynauds I was referred to Rheumatology. They confirmed it and put me on nifedipine (small tablets you take once daily. I’ve had no side effects from them).

To elaborate - the Rheumatologist initially thought my foot was being caused by my back and my fingers by the reynauds. When they ruled out it being caused by my back, they concluded it was due to my reynauds too.

Ah I see. Yes I did see online this numbness could be caused by say sciatica, I've had that before in pregnancy but it was nothing like this. That was a pain shooting down my leg whereas this is a numb dead feeling in feet and toes.
If it continues I will definitely go my GP and ask about Reynauds.

@AmberBeaker How are you now? Just wondering if your symptoms disappeared and if it was indeed put down to your back?
