I'm so disappointed, everyone told me they would be life changing etc etc and they've done nothing. It's like I haven't taken anything.😢

What else is there for migraines?

For keen lime otter

Thank you for your post that advised about magnesium. I said about the seven types of magnesium, as I came across a site that was promoting a supplement that had "all seven"... I know I should know better, that there's no easy answer, but I do like to research, coz I've learned so much about all sorts of subjects by researching..

When you're in such a bad place from multiple migraines, and you feel you've tried everything, and you're bombarded with "helpful" ideas from all over.
You end up trying anything and everything.

Migraine isn't just a bad headache to get endured, it can affect your mental health, render you as unreliable coz you can never truly promise to fulfil an obligation, a social event or anything.

Even tho you are honestly trying your best, you can be made to feel a fraud, attention seeking, and "it really can't be as bad as you make out".... it's pretty dammed shit actually.

Then in the days you are "good", you still get the after affects of the previous days pain... you paint a bright smile on your face in order to make an effort, and because you are actually grateful for that pain to have dissipated.

No real answer to any sufferers out there, I'm just trying to offer a bit of empathy and solidarity...

The magnesium I use is a spray,I spray on my feet before bed. Sleep has improved loads since taking it.

Lots of new posts,thank you😊

Anadin Extra and full fat coke helped with the awful hangover feeling today. I will get some Cuprofen to try.

I'm so sorry for everyone suffering, I can't imagine getting them so often 😢

I went to through about 4 different triptans before I found one that worked. Taking amitriptyline every day as a preventative has helped a lot too

What dose ami? Thank you
