Enlarged liver, COPD and arthritis in my ribs?

GP put me in the 2 week pathway which identified an enlarged liver, hyperdense cysts believed none ♋️.
Tuesdays I suddenly couldn't catch my breath, early hours Thursday incredible pain just to the left of centre of my chest radiating down my left arm.
GP sent me to hospital
They tell me I have COPD and arthritis in.my ribs.
The MRI I had that found the cysts showed a flattening of the hemidiaphragm.
Because my liver function is still within normal it's not being looked at, There is a clear decline in the numbers since November last year.
Not sure ehat I am asking other than should I push to see someone about my liver?

Do you have any lifestyle changes you could make to improve your health?

Well I eat well, don't drink, don't smoke was walking. Without knowing what's wrong it's hard to know what to do

I have no mucous
If the breathing is because the hemidiaphragm is flattened surely we should.be looking at that rather than sending me to a respiratory clinic?
Liver works at the moment but the numbers show a clear and steady decline so.why aren't we looking at that. Diagnose and treat the liver which should help the pressure on my lungs and will cost less now than when it's completely broken. Or am I oversimplifying?
I'm hypermobile apparently so osteoarthritis in hands and feet nowhere else hurts but it's in my ribs?
Sorry for the rant I'm frustrated and worried that this will impact on work.

the diaphragm flattens because of lung hyperinflation not because of liver problems. Some lung problems can also cause liver function derangement. It sounds like they may be barking up the right tree. Hope they get to the bottom of it.

The reason I'm focusing on the liver is the mri showed it was enlarged and pushing everything up.
Breathing went overnight not a slow decline.
Sorry
Chest pain is unreal and making me moody lol

Sounds like something’s got lost in translation…. It the liver were ‘pushing things up’ the hemidiaphragm would be elevated not flattened. If you have copd that can mean your lungs are always hyper inflated and the diaphragm is flatter.

If you need to use a gtn spray you need to be checked out again. (Also not advisable to use someone else's meds) did they do bloods and gasses when you went in before? Can you go back to a and e or minor injuries? I'd be asking for a ct angiogram, presumably they did an ecg before?

Bloods 6 vials then 5 hours later they had to redo as 4 had clotted.
Gasses no what are they?
Ecg, one when I went in.
It was 11 hours when I finally got out with an inhaler that does nothing lol.
It was horrendously busy 9 ambulances outside at one point.so I get why.
GP perhaps to chase cardiology referral?
Can't keep taking time off work they are being great (apart from my boss panicking on Thursday and calling repeatedly)
I know I wouldn't suggest people take other people's meds GTN is relatively benign though.

When I finally saw a doctor it had calmed to a dull roar as I had been sat still for 9 hours.
Watching staff look through me when I came ba k from my xray a sweaty red faced struggling to breathe mess was fun though.
