This mole - ? Melanoma? (Pics)

I have a mole which I don’t pay much attention to - it’s on my shoulder so I don’t tend to see it. Tonight I have been wearing a mohair jumper which is a bit itchy, so I had a good peer at the mole in the bathroom mirror. It looks nasty and possibly more raised than it was previously. DP has private health care through work which covers me so I have booked an appointment for a video call (and sent images) for Monday. I’ve fallen down a Melanoma rabbit hole now - does anyone know if this looks like it? Sorry for the gross images in the harsh kitchen light!

I went to work straight after mine. Healthcare - had to be non clinical due to the site as didn't want to pull the stitches. Practice nurse a week later to have them removed.

The wait times online aren't the target. They are the current backlog stats. Grampian isn't doing well at the minute sadly.

Lots of private clinics offer check and removal for £100.

Looks like seborrheic keratoses to be honest. They can play up on your shoulders

Yes, that what mine looked like and it came off with salicylic acid. Get it checked OP.

It’s been checked by the GP and referred to dermatology. GP thought it was SK but I will be seen by dermatology at some point as a routine referral.

I was quoted £150 for a private check, then any treatment on top would be quoted separately. I could go full in on my partner’s work health insurance for £50 a month so I might think about that in the new year - currently I have access to remote services like GP, counselling/therapy but nothing in person, and the NHS won’t accept referrals from the private side.
