Thyroid and Raised TPO Antibodies

I asked this under Autoimmune but no response, can anyone help with this?
I got private bloods done in the summer as I've not felt well in a long time and nothing solved via GP. I wanted to check my thyroid as my dad and his sister had an overactive thyroid. My results seem to be within range as per photo, though am I right in thinking they veer more towards underactive rather than overactive? However I also have raised TPO antibodies of 47, as 35 and over are considered raised. Should I be concerned about raised TPO? Kind of just looking for any advice or words of wisdom. I am 55 and post menopause.

I recently had the TPO test, and mine were about 68.
The endocrinologist said all a raised result means is that I may have thyroid issues in the future!
But another Dr asked what the TPO was during a scan, and suggested that the appearance of my thyroid may indicate hypothyroidism.
My normal thyroid results have always been within range, but when I joined the Health Unlocked website, I was amazed how much info people in the thyroid forums had-maybe have a look there?

My tpo has been + 1000 for ten years. My t4 and tsh look like yours. Ultrasound confirmed thyroiditis, but until my t4 or tsh go out of range they won’t treat it.

Do you mind if I ask how thyroiditis is confirmed in a US scan? Does it look obviously big/small etc? And what should happen next?

Thank you all for your replies much appreciated, they are all very interesting.
@GreenMarbles can I ask, did you get the scan because of the raised TPOs or was the hypothyroid appearance just found incidentally for something else?

I had my scan because of my antibodies and I pushed for it.
They suggested a referral to endocrinology but it was rejected because my thyroid function was within the range. I do have my thyroid function checked yearly now.
I’ve added my scan report.
It was like fighting a losing battle from the start.

I had my ultrasound parathyroid scan plus a BIBI scan and separate CAT scan due to high parathyroid hormone and adjusted calcium readings. I had to use NICE guidelines to insist, as the endocrinologist I eventually spoke to in the summer (after having had abnormal incidental bloods in october '23) wanted to wait 12 weeks until I had completed Vit D treatment. I suspected I had a parathyroid tumour, which they found on all the sans and was already known because of the blood tests. I wish I had asked the consultant what he saw when he commented on my thyroid, but I was so focused on how big the tumour was on my parathyroid that I didn't think to do that at the time. I plan to raise my thyroid when I eventually get seen by a specialist treatment centre in Liverpool.

Sorry to hear this, it must be a real worry for you especially when it's taken a long time to get on the right path for treatment, I hope you don't have to wait much longer. I had to Google parathyroid as it's not something I knew about. Do you mind me asking what symptoms you had as the NHS website suggests they can be quite vague and can also relate to lots of other conditions.
