Has anyone had burning in urine while they were on aspirin??
Some new research do prove the link but want to hear if someone went through this

I have burning wee. I thought it was just me and there was something making my wee too acidic. And there is. Thanks for this.

All I've noticed is that I wee an awful lot more since being prescribed low dose aspirin, not sure if it's connected. No burning or cystitis (knock on wood), but everyone's body is different I suppose.

Is there anything you can take to counterract it? I read somewhere that D Mannose supplement is good for cystitis and UTI which can have similar symptoms to yours. Maybe worth checking with your GP in case of interraction with aspirin.

Found this on bladderorg.uk
Aspirin is linked to burning in urine
GPS don't accept this though because it's a very new research that came about in 2021

Here's the research I saw yesterday
"New research by the Centenary Institute suggests that commonly prescribed anticoagulants – medicines, such as aspirin, that help prevent blood clots – may make urinary tract infections (UTIs) more severe."
