To have my narrow angles (in eyes) done or not

After a routine eye test with OCT the optician advised a referral for narrow angles (drainage of eyes) to which I’ve been.

both eyes are healthy, everything is ok apart from these narrow angles in both eyes. They have happened since 2022 when I also had an OCT test.

it’s been suggested I have a laser op to make an additional draining.

without it there’s a 50/50 chance of going blind. But there’s also a very small risk the op can damage the eyesight too.

I have an enormously stressful home life due to relative with life limited disease and dealing with their medical trauma, and understand stress is not helpful with narrow angles.

in a real dither whether to have it done or not. I keep looking for information on narrow angles in basically healthy eyes and not getting anywhere.

can anyone point me somewhere with really good information on narrow angles to help me make a decision.
thanks

A medical professional has told there is a 50% chance of going blind. You need to book this procedure.

Of course there is a risk, there is with anything. You will not be able to care/ help your family if you can't see.

This is a time you need to prioritise your own health
