This is seriously seriously affecting my quality of life

i cant put into words how bad this is affecting me

all day I’m suffering

the highest bp I ever had measured was 85/40

This is with like 10 strong cups of caffeine, crazy amounts of of salt and water and compression stockings

i feel like a zombie, passing out, falling and injuring myself, can’t get any work done, blurry vision all day, today i was found unconscious on the floor with bp 65/30

its now affecting my heart and I get chest pain and tachyrdia when it falls this low

blood tests are all fine, iron, ferritin, vitamin d etc

gp doesn’t understand, says it no big deal

what do I do, what specialist could help me

What are your sodium levels like?

Are you taking any meds that could be causing low sodium, like PPIs, amytriptyline?

Intermittently I also suffer from low systolic pressure (~60) and also low heart rate (30-40!) but these periods have happened for periods of 3-6 weeks after a viral illness that typically lasts 4-7 weeks. Have you had any viral illness recently? My GP is investigating - they are looking at a possible leaky mitral valve. When has this happened and how long for? When did the symptoms start?

I also get these moments when I feel I'm close to blacking out - sometimes 6+ a day yet I can also have days where I have none. I also have days when I'm very fatigued and again days when I feel fine.

Edited

Should be diastolic not systolic, i.e. bottom figure not the top figure so I may see 110/60 instead of 120/80 for example. It's not incredibly low but I'm aware of it when it happens.
