You have to have a BMI over 30 and have type 2 diabetes and have tried at least 2 medications for type 2 diabetes to qualify for it on the NHS.

Hey there! I recently went to my GP to see if I can get prescribed ozempic to help with my weight loss. She prescribed it to me but insurance denied it as I didn’t meet the criteria (ie diabetic). I went to a wellness center and I receive my compound Semaglutide injections there. My doctor is aware and will monitor my bloodwork and there is a nurse practitioner at the wellness center that also reviewed my medical history. I too have an ED and this has helped me tremendously with reducing the food noise and the anxiety around eating
