Any idea what this is on my hand? (Photo)

It started off as a few really small itchy spots and turned into a cluster of them. Then 2nd cluster appeared underneath and not they're travelling up my finger and seem to have hmgone yellow with puss.

Extremely itchy.

Op, have you been doing any washing up by hand in stringent washing up liquid (like Fairy) or using polishing spray? Both of these massively flare my Pompholyx

Bleach? I had to bleach the bath after dying my hair

@ItchyPi yes any chance it could have splashed on your hand where the soreness is?

I had what looked like that and GP said it was shingles. There were a couple more towards my wrist on my lower arm too. Took ages to go away, quite painful later on even though I'd had Antivirals right away.

I have these on my feet! I didn't know they were a thing. Fancy!

I have Cutaneous lupus erythematosus - mine often looks similar when it first flares up.

It's hot much worse and it's spreading up my finger and to the palm side of my hand so I will definitely have to try and see a Dr tomorrow :(

That's exactly where mine spread to when I had shingles. I ended up with a scar at the bottom of my thumb, so itchy I popped a blister.

Hoping to get in with GP today as thinknits infected and it's so sore :(

If the gp won't fit you in do you have a pharmacy nearby that does pharmacy first?

Yeah it doesnt look very happy. I'd go to a chemist and ask the pharmacist to have a look.

Have you been out in the sun? i do get on my fingers when i'm out in the sun and then they go away after few days. extremely itchy

That's how shingles progresses.
Make sure you see a GP today.

Have you got any tingles/nerve pain?
Make sure you don't scratch it and then touch your face because it can spread to your eye.

Pharmacist can give shingles antivirals but they are only effective within 5 days of the rash appearing so get down there quick

Looks exactly like when I had shingles, progressing the same way as well. I agree with PP, see the pharmacist asap

Had a phone consult which I missed. But GP left a cream and antibiotics at chemist.
