13 year old hand tremors

My 13 year old has very shaky hands, she’s always had a slight tremor but it’s very noticeable now. I had her tested for diabetes when it first began (around age 8) but it was clear and the doctor wasn’t concerned. The fact she still has it 5 years on does concern me. I’ve considered anxiety as she is possibly autistic and an introvert, she doesn’t like talking or socialising. She also has awful period pains that make her doubled over in pain and she’s constipated most of the time. So again I’ve looked Into all possible Heath related issues which has thrown up endometriosis. I don’t want to be a suffocating mum but I have booked a gp apppintment, unfortunately not for 2 weeks as that’s all they had.
Does anyone have any clues that could be connecting all these symptoms? Lack of vitamins perhaps?

Also forgot to add that she sheds a lot of hair each day. There are thyroid issues in the family but she was clear for this too.

Coeliac disease? Thinking of the constipation and the hand tremors more than the period pains

Poor girl, not sure at all though my first thought was low blood sugar / IBS but definitely worth badgering the gp repeatedly. You’re not being suffocating- it’s caring, and teaching her not to just tolerate “generic women’s suffering.”

My DD is now 15 but has had shaky hands since about 8. They are worse after exertion of her arms,
or when she is tired. she also has ASD but it is very subtle and we didn’t know and had no clue until recently.

I mention that because her shakes are attributed to Ehlers Danlos, and we were told there is a higher correlation of ASD and ED than was previously known. Does she have any other ED symptoms?

An essential tremor? Runs in my family (luckily I didn't get it), but my brothers became more noticeable as he hit puberty.

I was going to say essential tremor as well. This link is helpful https://tremor.org.uk/essential-tremor-in-children

Thank you everyone, it’s really hard to acknowledge any health issues when it’s your child but I know I have to get her the help she needs asap.
her handwriting has always been awful, I assumed dyslexia but could the tremors be to blame?
She does on occasion complain of joint pain, usually around her shoulder or knees. Would this be connected to ED?
She’s always tired, she can sleep for 10 hours straight and still look and feel tired. She struggles at school because she cannot process information very well, sort of like brain fog. It’s got worse since she began her periods last year, can hormonal changes bring it on/make it worse?

My daughter has Graves' disease and has all those exact same symptoms , it is thyroid related , I'd get the results and check nothings been missed.

@Coralso8 yes, ED causes joint pain and hypermobile joints.
