what do you use and does it work?
mine is getting worse by the minute and i feel like crap.

Opticrom, beconase and sometimes antihistamines, but none of them are completely marvellous!

dh has used beconase nasal spray for years and years. You have to use it everyday for a while for it to fully work.

I now also use it as we've moved to the country and surrounded by fields.

they do so a spoonful of local honey is helpful daily as well.

quercetin is good but you need to take it regularly to get into your system.

as is eating lots of onion as its got something in it that acts like a natural antihistamine.

and luffa complex is a nasal spray that also works on me.

I've heard about the Local honey theory, as in the bees are making honey from the same pollen that affects you and so you benefit in a sort of homeopathic way.

Haven't tried it yet
