Can anyone help with these blood test results?

GP said is all is normal but what do these mean?

Serum C reactive protein level 8 mg/L [0.0 - 5.0]; Above high reference limit

Mean cell haemoglobin level 26.0 pg [27.0 - 34.0]; Below low reference limit

Also having looked online, although these results are within normal I've seen posts saying people felt ill with similar results

Serum free T4 level 12.5 pmol/L [12.0 - 22.01

Serum ferritin level 19 ng/mL; Female Ferritin Reference Range
17-60 years: 13-150 ng/mL

I'm tired all the time and getting a bit fed up now. Is it worth seeing a private GP?

What’s your b12 and D level? Thyroid?

Your iron is low - I would feel rubbish with 19.

I had symptoms when my iron and ferritin were within the normal range. It got left until I fell and hit my head due to fainting then I received treatment by which point my ferritin was at 8. Normal isn't normal for everyone was my conclusion. Consider why your levels may be on the low side and can you take any supplements to increase them?

B12 and vit d well in limits I think -

b12 415 pg/mL
vit D 59.9 nmol/L
Serum TSH 1.84mIU/L

And magnesium and multivits.

Vitamin D needs to be higher, so does vitamin B12 and probably then Folate as well.

30 is the absolute cut off for ferritin according to the NHS's own Clinical Knowledge Summary, so you are definitely ferritin deficient and need a full iron panel now to decide where to go from there.

Also your thyroid needs further investigations. That FT4 is only just within the range and it should be somewhere in the top quarter.
