What is going on with DD's skin? Should I be worried?? Pic Attached

Please help, does anyone recognise what is going on with the skin on 5yo DD's legs??

DDDay 1 started with a small cut-like graze on her right knee cap so i put a plaster on it (now the largest sore on pic 3)

Day 2 the sore looked bigger and more 'raw' plus another cut appeared where the sticky bit of the plaster had been so i assumed sensitivity to those plasters and so dressed it with a large dressinv instead. DD also mentioned 2 tiny spots on her left leg that looked like a heat spot or small bites. Both on the inside of her leg but one above and one below the knee so not next to each other.

Day 3 after taking the plaster off her left leg her knee is a complete mess, sores everywhere. And those 2 tiny spots are now big blistered sores.

Please, can anyone help? DD does not have a fever. She has been complaining about tummy pain a lot lately but don't know how that can be related??

How is your DD today, OP? Did you manage to get her seen?

Sorry for the delay in updating, yesterday was a hectic day! So the Dr confirmed what most here have said, it is Impetigo and she's now on penicillin.

I had to soak off her bandages this morning and discovered a new ulcer which has developed from the little red spot you can see in one of the photos I shared in my first post. I just feel so bad for her, it looks so raw and painful. A few more spots have appeared on her legs, as well as a couple on her arm but hopefully the antibiotics will stop them developing into anything now.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to reply. It was very much appreciated and helped me calm down from thinking she had necrotising fasciitis 😂 I have shared a couple more pics, these are from this morning incase anyone going through similar finds them useful (excuse the plaster adhesive marks, she won't let me near them to clean them!).

Good job OP. Be sure to change bedding and towels. Your DD needs to focus on regular handwashing to avoid this in future. Do not delay use of antiseptics on any open wound or scratch.

I was gonna say impetigo too but I see aGP has diagnosed - I don’t think you’d react to omeprazole like that (I’m on it and go in the sun) from only taking a few pills.
DD got it in primary school and had to have antibiotics- it did clear up eventually but it wasn’t nice to have!
