VQ scan report - anyone knows what this means? COPD?

I had a VQ scan when pregnant incase of a clot. Thankfully no clot!

However I am being investigated for COPD and waiting lung function tests.

I've just re read the report from the VQ scan and I don't really understand the part where it says 'raises possibilty of a degree of parenchymal inflammatory change.'
Is that likely to be COPD? I'm not even sure what parenchymal means!

In full it says

"On the V/Q scan, there is a matched defect corresponding to the position of the oblique fissure on the left, possibly there is a little fluid layering here. There are possibly some further subtle matched ventilation perfusion defects towards the left lung apex and in the right lower zone raising the possibility of a degree of parenchymal inflammatory change."

Sorry, I know no one can tell me. I am quietly panicking.
