Can any doctors or ultrasound scanners help me understand this ultrasound report please

A little back story discovered a lump
On shin it moves around doesn't hurt only noticed today and jumped right to do a ultrasound scan the scanner wasn't very informative and just said watch for it to grow I asked if it's a tumour she said no

Here's the report waiting for doctor to get back to me but they are taking long

Can any doctors or ultrasound scanners help me understand this ultrasound report please

Hypoechoic means a solid mass. They don’t seem to be concerned atm, so keeping an eye on it seems to be the advice.

So basically it's not lipoma because the mass would be of fatty tissue and not be a solid mass right ?

When I researched google said this Solid masses are hypoechoic and can be cancerous. Cysts filled with air or fluid are usually hyperechoic and are rarely cancerous. Abnormal tissue also looks different from healthy tissue on a sonogram. Your doctor will usually do further testing if an ultrasound shows a solid mass or what looks like abnormal tissue.

Nope. They have said it's non cancerous, not concerning and could be a lipoma but they can't say for certain.

Which they can't, you can only do that with a biopsy but they don't think it's worth doing.

It’s a lump, that looks benign, and does not have its own blood supply. Looks like the radiographer thinks it was a lipoma.
