About a year ago I had what was v. likely a gallstone-passing pain, pain under right ribs, & in shoulder, and feeling sick etc etc.. walking home from work (pram ended up in the road, but that's another story...)..
So, one u/sound later, and they think there was something but that it's passed. I haven't really thought any more about it, but have been feeling rough due to Gland.Fever this year, and the gp had a good old search around yesterday to make sure it's nothing else. He lunged at my liver (!) and I yelped, he suspects an unhappy Gbladder again... with a booking form to take for another u/sound "if it continues to be a problem". Well it wasn't til he poked it!
Have been feeling sick all day, and not really eaten much.
So, sorry about all that pre amble... the bottom line is that I've no intention of having my gallbladder out, when it's actually got a function (yes, it has )if there's anything else that I can do.
Has anyone had any success with change of diet etc?
Cheers
J
