Your ferritin is well within range .. yours is 98 mine currently stands at 4 !

cholesterol is a bit high but that can be reversed with lifestyle changes
everything else is well within range , your tag is excellent so not under active thyroid either

Thank you for letting me know, got knows what it is then lol! X

This is really an odd co-incidence.

Yesterday I received a text from GP saying call for blood tests within 3 days then another saying call today. I have these tests every couple of months and they are always fine.

I couldnt get through and so logged onto my online GP account and there were 4 abnormal flags including acute kidney failure- I didnt look at the figures but called them back straight away and after an hour got through. The receptionist said my cholesterol was just slightly high- I asked why all 4 said abnormal and she said it was a new way the tests were showing- If any aspect is abnormal it flags them all as abnormal .

I have a kidney tumour (hence the tests) and so was in major panic when I saw the abnormal flag but looking the tests under that flag are all fine.

Edited

Yes I had about 6 different ones on my nhs app and all said abnormal so was worrying, are you okay? X

I had a blood test recently which said my cholesterol was a bit high and my ferritin was low. I now take folic acid and atorvastatin every day. I've also had to change my diet a little. I'm in my 50's.

I’m only 32 so they would not give me medication for it yet x

Looks like a healthy set of results (as PP mentioned cholesterol a little high but that wouldn't account for feeling tired).

Did they check your FBC / haemoglobin to rule out anaemia?

I didn't see a Vit D result. Most of us are probably a little low on Vit D, especially at the end of winter so you could consider buying a Vit D supplement to rule that out.

Dehydration is a commonly overlooked cause of tiredness, are you drinking enough water?

I just get the cheap and cheerful ones from Lidl/ Aldi. Either with or without calcium depends what they have in stocks. I figure as a vegetarian, perimenopausal 40 something it certainly won't hurt to keep topped up!
