Septal infract on ecg

I had collapsed at weekend and it was initially suspected blood clot ect and I had a ct , which I was pressured into.
That came back clear, and during the waiting time I was on a ecg.
I'm currently pregnant and I came across my ecg report in my maternity file. It's says septal infract age undetermined.
Upon googling this means I've had a heart attack in the past .
I do often have palpitations and pain lasting few seconds then gone.
It's been going on years since my late 20s and its never been figured why. I'm only 38. I'm so worried what this means for my future outlook and I'd really appreciate advice from someone who's been through this. I recall in the past I did have heart pain, several years ago for about 1 minute then stopped. I'm wondering now if this could have been a heart attack. My gp has given me a 24 hr monitor but that failed to pick yp the palpitations so they never investigated further.
Im gueesing pregnancy is putting strain on my heart . Am I to expect a much shorter lifespan?
How have you managed things since this has happened you. Have you had any further incidents

the printed ECG interpretation is often (/usually) wrong and won't have taken into account that you're pregnant and that some features may look different in pregnancy. The interpretation by a doctor is much more likely to be accurate.

@Greybeardy thankyou
I've read it can often be wrong and I'm hoping it is but I fear its probably accurate as I've been suffering with occasional chest pain , namely in my heart area for many years now and I do often have fluttering in my chest but my gp never took the issue serious and always put it down to anxiety. Even tho on one ocassion about 6 years ago I was bent over with pain around my heart area so I can't help but worry over the information written on my graph

the normal changes of pregnancy can look exactly the same as an old infarct. Remember that nobody on here seemed to be able to reassure you about the radiation dose of the CT scan recently, so not sure anyone will be able to reassure you much about the ECG either...hopefully your own medical team will be able to.
