c are scary
d making her not able to eat

I know nothing about this milk tooth lark, not like I seemed to know, when she got them anyhow.

How long from wobbling to falling out??

of you even though I know that dd1 will whinge and complain when it does evetually happen
she is 8 on saturday and not a wobble in sight, she is gutted

piratecat · 24/03/2008 19:17

did she get them late ?? havwe been trying to do a bit of googling, and this seems to be a (bit misguided) theory.

Try some extra crunchy garlic bread, thats what happened here, and now she's got 3 wobblers.

I think 6 is the average to start?? I was not expecting this at all, quite sad really, but can understand what you mean with your dd being almost 8.

Hey you never know I bet it will probably happen now!!!

just teach her to bite and chew on the side without the wobbly tooth

Maveta · 24/03/2008 19:46

my parents always pulled ours out, afaik it was always at our request but still makes me feel a bit queasy. Think my ds is just going to have to deal with it like yours are! [eek]

piratecat · 24/03/2008 20:05

would they pull them at just the final hanging out stages only tho??

my ds has lost 2 so far. The first took about 2 weeks to fall out, and the 2nd took about 6 The new tooth came through in a completely different place and didn't push it out properly. It was really spooky cos every time you looked at him, his tooth was at a different angle. Really gave me the creeps

piratecat · 24/03/2008 20:13

arghh, sounds grim!!

oh god, her teeth are so nice, don't/didn't you wonder whats going to replace them!

I only show concern cos my two front top teeth are a bit rabbity!!!
