Hi! I hope someone can help me, please.

Lately, I have had pain in my hip bone on the right side. It’s a constant pain, and I have no idea what it could be. Sometimes, my right thigh and my lower back hurt too. I made an appt with my doctor, but I’m starting to think of the worst-case scenario. Has this ever happened to anyone ?? What could it be? I’m stressed.

sorry to hear this. In your place just wait for the doc. How sedentary are you? Am very sedentary and its caused hip pain, unimaginable back pain and even knee pain. gentle core strengthening exercises do wonders

Bursitis.

It seems to go away when I do proper stretching for hips, back, legs, etc.

I have had hip pain for the past six months. The doctor referred me to a hip specialist at the hospital but the waiting list is a year. In the meantime it's getting worse. I'm seeing a private physio but nothing is changing. So I would get the ball rolling with seeing the doctor as nothing happens overnight in this country.

Bursitis? See a physio and/or a podiatrist.

@Edl I had similar and it was Hip bursitis. Basically from carrying my daughter and lifting incorrectly,
I noticed a hot, burning pain developing in my left hip and when I looked in the mirror noticed a swelling just above my hip area.
I was also told repetitive movements such as stepping into the car with the same leg and running without warming up properly can set it off.

The lower back pain could be from the inflammation of the bursitis. The muscles in the area get impacted.

You will need an ultrasound to confirm it.

I had an injection. I've also had physio. I need to be careful of doing too much and standing for long periods.
Don't cross your legs and don't sleep on the side it hurts.
It can take months to heal.
Go to your GP. They should examine you and make you squat and lift your legs just to check isn't a slipped disc.

I feel you! Good luck 😊

I am 44, pretty sure peri-men and I've been having hip pain.

A multi Vit, Vit d and Omega 3 6 9 seems to have helped.

Could this be the same for you?
