The Dr I saw didn't know what this is, it's excruciatingly painful, hard to eat and drink, has been open for about 4 days. Wondered if anyone out there has experienced similar!?
Nothing triggered it, not a burn or physical injury

see your dentist (or emergency dentist via 111)

Yes, I've emailed the dentist the photo's, and I have appointment on the 11th

Been using paracetamol, ibuprofen, teething gel, cool ginger tea and camomile ...
Any other pain relief suggestions out there!?

not pain relief but you can use mouth washes to keep the area clean and to kill off bacteria

Looks like a traumatic ulcer OP possibly caused by a burn from hot food/liquid - it should heal on its own but any ulcer that persists beyond 2 weeks needs to be assessed urgently by a dentist so I’m glad they will see you soon and discuss follow up if it doesn’t heal.
To aid healing warm salt water rinses may help.
For pain relief take paracetamol before eating if necessary, you can get a numbing spray too (called Difflam).

Saline rinses usually help things in the mouth heal quickly, but that really needs a dentist.

Oh, and chemist for pain relief--something like Difflam spray can be used in the mouth.
