My doctor had run so many tests over the last year or so as my symptoms of exhaustion, body aches, dizziness, numbness etc are ongoing since my.sonnwws born 18 months ago. I do suffer with bad anxiety as some of you will know and my mental health is poor but I just know that there is something wrong. My doctor has said it's fibromyalgia since the results of these bloods. But I'm just not convinced. I will copy and paste the results below. My doctor hasn't contacted me to review like he said he would and trying to get through to the surgery is a nightmare.
Thyroid function test
Serum TSH level 1.87 mu/L [0.35 - 4.94]
Serum free T4 level 11.3 pmol/L [9.0 - 19.0]

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody level Negative CCP antibodies do not rule out Rheumatoid Arthritis. Up to
30% of RA patients may be negative for anti-CCP antibodies and RF. The
combination of clinical symptoms (small joint swelling, positive
MCP/MTP squeeze and prolonged early morning stiffness) and the test
results including inflammatory markers are then the best guide as to
whether referral is needed. If unsure, please discuss with
Rheumatology.
Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody level < 1 u/mL [0.0 - 10.0]

Serum rheumatoid antigen level
Rheumatoid factor level < 20 iu/mL [0.0 - 30.0

Urea and electrolytes Stage G1 CKD - Normal unless there is existing laboratory or clinical
evidence of kidney disease.
Use an increase in serum creatinine level of more than 20% to infer
significant reduction in kidney function.
Serum creatinine level 52 umol/L [49.0 - 90.0]
Serum urea level 4.4 mmol/L [2.5 - 7.8]
Serum sodium level 140 mmol/L [133.0 - 146.0]
Serum potassium level 4.4 mmol/L [3.5 - 5.3]
GFR calculated abbreviated MDRD > 90 mL/min

Serum transferrin level
Serum transferrin level 3.0 g/L [2.0 - 3.2]
Serum TIBC 75 umol/L
Transferrin saturation index 24 % [15.0 - 40.0]

Full blood count
Haemoglobin concentration 132 g/L [115.0 - 160.0]
Total white blood count 8.2 109/L [4.0 - 12.0]
Red blood cell count 5.02 10
12/L [4.2 - 5.4]

Mean cell haemoglobin level 26.3 pg [27.0 - 32.0]; Below low reference limit

Serum total protein level 70 g/L [60.0 - 80.0]
Serum albumin level 39 g/L [35.0 - 50.0]
Serum globulin level 31 g/L [23.0 - 40.0]
Serum alkaline phosphatase level 57 iu/L [30.0 - 130.0]
Serum alanine aminotransferase level 13 u/L [0.0 - 55.0]
Serum total bilirubin level 10 umol/

I also have a low cortisol and have been referred to Endocrinology. Its not urgently low though. Sorry for long post but I just can't know what's normal or not.

I just can't know what's normal or not.

If your levels fall within the levels within the brackets, which are the labs reference range, then it’s normal.
e.g Serum total protein level 70 g/L [60.0 - 80.0] so the normal range is between 60 & 80 so yours is normal at 70.

From my experience of going to both doctors and functional medicine practitioners, blood tests can be interpreted very differently depending on how they define what is optimal vs healthy vs sick. Eg your Tsh might be in green zone as it officially doesn't fall into "sick", but is it optimal? No.
A functional medicine doctor can look at blood tests and find anomalies where a GP will give it a healthy all clear. If you're not getting far with your doctor, maybe look into functional medicine and it may be able to help.

So there is nothing on your blood tests that sticks out, it’s all ok BUT that’s not the whole picture. On the internet we are just looking at numbers and you cannot interpret them without a lot of other info.

I have gallstones and gallbladder issues and they said this will be why my liver is a bit low but they said they aren't concerned. I had an ultrasound on my gallbladder, liver, spleen etc all normal appearances. I do have a high BMI. Its 42. I'm very overweight.

Youd need liver mri to confirm or deny NAFLD really
