FAILED DRIVING TEST AGAIN FEEL SO DOWN

as the title says I failed my driving test again I feel so down and so fed up I'm such a failure

Testi is a good app as is driving test now. Autobooks a cancellation for you. I’m yet to do my test as I’m trying to find a date this year and struggling!

Move to a test centre with a higher pass rate, they have to publish there's.

The key is not to give up! Sometimes luck plays a part as well so keep doing it. Majority of people fail theory or practical multiple times, you’re not alone, you are not the first and wont be the last.

Keep going, it’s always worth it in the end.

I was exactly the same. I got so nervous that my brain wouldn't connect with my body and foot was shaking on the clutch!

In the end I took some calms the day of test and googled colours to wear to pass your driving test. I passed that time!

What colours did you wear?

I passed on my third attempt, ended up getting beta blockers from the doctor as I just got so nervous as soon as an examiner sat next to me - I was totally fine otherwise!

It was also a really icy morning the day I passed and my instructor had to drive most of the way towards the test centre because the driving instructor sign wouldn't stay on top of the car initially. It meant that when I started my test, I hadn't already been driving for an hour and hadn't fully relaxed into it - I think that might have also helped.

I also made a point of tying my hair up in a ponytail and exaggerated looking at my mirrors - one of my previous fails were on observations, which I had done, I just think the examiner hadn't seen me do them!

I have failed my test for the 4th time today. Am so disappointed and down. The sill mistake was I did almost half of the test in L gear whilst it should have been in drive . The examiner put in drive for me and that was it I failed. I am in pieces now don’t know what to do . My theory is expiring on 3 months and can’t seem to get and date at the moment. Lord help me

@Elenora78 I'm so sorry to hear that and Iv been there but I have now passed! Don't give up - you can do it and don't be too hard on yourself it's nerves! Book the test again you've got 3 months xx

This is an old thread but I've just researched the colours, in case anyone is like me and finds this later and wonders...

It's green, white, and a hint of red apparently! Worth a try...
