Hi everyone,

First time posting, so hope I have put this in the right place! For a very long time now, I have had diarrhoea every morning and on and off have had it throughout the day as well. Since having my dd in Jan, I have also had fatigue, dizziness, sometimes headaches and I feel like the diarrhoea has got worse. I get intense bloating and discomfort. I've also started feeling sick after I've eaten. Most of the time, I can't find exactly what has caused it. I do know I can't eat spinach or baked beans! For about six weeks during august and September, I had pins and needles in my hands and feet. Sometimes it would last for a couple of weeks and sometimes it would last a day, so was on and off for that period. I also had a strange sensation in my right shin and right forearm as if it was numb but it wasn't...That ended end of sept/ start of October. For the past two weeks, I have had a weird sensation in my left leg and also get it a bit in my right arm. It feels as if my leg is jelly/weak. I can stand on it fine and walk very regularly. Has anyone else had a mix of these symptoms?! I have had a look online and it seems like it can all be linked to ibs. I have been to see the drs so many times and I've had lots of bloods done like vitamin deficiencies and thyroid, diabetes, kidney/liver function and all have come back fine... sometimes I do worry it could be something more serious 😩 can anyone help? I'm going back to the drs tomorrow. Tia 😊

Have a look at coeliac disease and non coeliac gluten sensitivity.

have the coeliac screen first then try cutting out gluten, should it be NCGS.

Well that’s good news. On that basis I would give up gluten and see what happens.

my GP said IBS to me after negative coeliac screen but due to gaming history I cut out gluten. Within 3 days I had a massive improvement.

Did you have any of the symptoms I mentioned? Thanks for the help 😊

My DH suffers with IBS, he has improved massively since we started following an ultra processed food free diet. There is emerging evidence that the emulsifiers in our food are effecting the gut microbiome which can cause IBS. I would read ultra processed people.

Bloating, constipation, acid reflux, tingling were all my symptoms.

@rainbow616 I had all these issues apart from an upset gut post my 4th covid vaccine(about the same time I had covid too).

The tingling and the weak leg especially (I got it one sided) plus migraines- i also got weird buzzing vibrations at times- I had never had a migraine before and rarely had headaches- gradually it'subsided- but took about 10 months. I was told to go gluten free and I stick mainly to that now. The GP told me that they don't know why but many more people have developed gluten intolerance in last few years- even if not actually coeliac- I was also advised to up my Vit D, take a multi vit without iron every day (my ferretin is high) and magnesium- I did all this and lost 2 stone too ,
