Does anyone else have experience of this?

DD has been having episodes of night time and morning vomiting (projectile)
She also will awaken with a the type of retchy cough you get when you bring up a bit of sick. sorry tmi. This makes her really scared bless her.
Recently she has gone from being a good sleeper to a very restless one
I notice that her breath really stinks in the morning
During the day she does little burp type coughs and say "urgh... sicky!"

She is only on the 2nd centile and recently I was so glad that she has begun to ask for "tea" which is actually just warm milk.
At her 2 year check the HV asked me to encourage her to drink more milk to increase her weight a abit.
She has previously been really difficult to give milk to.

I'm thinking the milk at bedtime and again in the morning is producing the reflux again.
Anyone got an opinion on this?
I really thought milk at bedtime and for breakfast was a good thing.

Sorry not much advice to give just wanted to offer sympathies really as it can't be nice for either of you.

Have you considered stopping the milky drinks and seeing if that helps. Avocado and cream cheese dips and sandwiches got my DDs weight up really nicely.

I personally don't sleep well with milk at bedtime as it makes my stomach uncomfortable.

Hope things get sorted for you soon.

Bigbadmouse, sorry for delay in replying
we have just reduced milky drinks and made them half milk/water and noticed a reduction in sickiness!!!
Noticed that the litle burps happening shortly after milk and nothing else so far.
I will keep an open mind at the moment because I suppose there is a chance that she has just been a bit "off" and this is all just a phase.....
lets see because I wouldn't want to stop milk altogether if it's just a bit of a delicate tummy right now.
