Raynauds

I’m 34 with a family history of Raynauds. It's been obvious for many years in the extreme redness of my hands, feet and ears but I only went to the GP about it last year after starting to suffer more than usual from the cold (fingers going purple and white, really bad pain and awful tingling in low temperatures). It's now got to the stage where if I sit with my legs crossed for more than a couple of minutes, my toes go black. Not even purple, actual black. I can't feel it but I see it and only when trying to regain circulation (rotating ankles and wriggling toes etc) do I get pins and needles.
GP prescribed Nifedipine for my hands which I take when it's too cold, but is the thing with my toes something else or part of the same issue? They don’t hurt like my hands/fingers do. Should I be taking it every day because this with my feet is happening every day?
My feet go black when I’m shaving my legs in the shower and I've got the leg I’m shaving in a bent position while the other is straight. Any advice would be great.

Ask for a referral to a rheumatologist. They should be more knowledgeable than GP.

Yes I would be taking it every day but I also would want to see a specialist as it sounds very severe without treatment.
