My Dd nearly 5, just announced she has a wobbly tooth, and one of the bottom ones does seem to be. I though the wobbly tooth thing was for 6 or 7 year olds....or have I got that completely wrong?

The adult teeth start to come in around 6, so not too early for your dd.

I wouldn't be worried unless she has knocked it, then it is worth getting it check, just in case.

My dd started at around 5. She's just a few weeks off being 7 now and has lost numbers 7 & 8 just this week. She's really torn between wanting to believe in the tooth fairy and wanting me to tell her ?The Truth?!

My dd lost her first two when she was four, I was horrified at first then was told it was quite normal! Apparently if their teeth came in quite early (dd's at 4 months) then they will fall out early too, which makes sense She is just 6 and has lost 7 now. Also what noone ever tells you is that they get new molars at 6 too, something I learnt when taking dd to the dentist after she complained about toothache
