Sorry, this is quite an intimate topic.
I would have posted an image I’d said problem but didn’t think it would be welcomed much 🙈😂
if someone has nodules I guess, but In different places, so not all clustered together from their anus, I’m trying to understand what it would fall under.
There’s occasional red blood when wiping, not a worrying amount. Have had this problem for years, never gone away. I’ve used google doctor which said hemarroids go away over time.
also get intermittent itching and when I need to go to the bathroom, it’s like I need to go now.
has anyone experienced similar or got any advice.

Anal skintags. I had mind removed last year (on the NHS). It was quite painful for about 3 days as they don't stitch them, just leave them open to heal but I'm so glad they've gone as I never felt completely clean before the surgery

There we go @Fingerscrossed11 😅 now we know
Oh thank you so much for posting haha really appreciate it!! Xx

For me when I've had the itching, that's more due to not wiping properly.
To get a better wipe I use wet wipes rather than tissue

@Bluelightbaby thanks for your reply.
my gp is running two surgeries with little staff and the initial thing is usually go to the pharmacy. Was looking to see if anyone else had similar albeit difficult to describe without posting photo. Thanks though x

Tell them the pharmacy cannot look at your buttcrack and you want a proper goddamn appointment that you pay for though your tax and NI!! Honestly, what has happened to this country's public services, I despair. Don't let them fob you off OP. That is truly shit primary care.

Your GP should see you. Definitely.
I have the same problem. Not been offered surgery though. Just hydrocortisone.
