Rash on breast (Pic attached)

When would you worry about a rash on your breast?
I have a red itchy rash just to the side of my areola. It seems to have appeared after a period of hot weather and wearing strapless bra.
I saw a doctor last week when I first noticed it and she did a breast examination and wasn't concerned she said it was likely Eczema/irritation contact dermatitis due to hot weather etc.
I've been putting some steroid cream on it for 2 days and it seems to have faded.
It's not spread or got worse.
No heat or swelling in the breast.
However I have major health anxiety and am aware that a rash on your breast can be a sign of Inflammatory breast cancer and I just can't stop worrying about it.
Has anyone had a rash on the breast and not even been concerned about it?
I have attached a pic.

I can’t see anything wrong from that pic. I would advise you to listen to the medical advice you have been given and try not to focus on it, no answer on here will change how anxious you feel about it x

By that I meant I can’t see what rash you are referring to. I am not a rash or boob expert

I had a bad rash for several months after wearing a new bra...the combination of the mesh material and warm weather set it off. It looked a bit like that, so I think it's probably just an allergic reaction if you've said you had a new bra? I would not panic and see how it goes over the next few weeks. Keep as cool as you can, keep using the steroid cream and hopefully it will disappear.

Sorry I see your bra may not be new to you, but these things can occur in the heat. Try not to worry.
