Recently I've had several symptoms that are all linked with stress. I have stress hives nearly every morning, TMJ pain despite never having had it before, patches of dyshidrotic eczema (apparently associated with stress, never have suffered with this before), and now a twitching eyelid.
I'm in my late 20s, and I'm not stressed at all. I've had 2 months off work over the summer, and will be starting university in September for a much wanted career change. I'm otherwise healthy, and my recent blood tests have all came back ok. I sleep really well (8 hours everynight), and eat a reasonably healthy diet.
They are all minor things on their own, but all together I just feel like my body is stressed and run down for no reason?
Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.
