Wondering if anyone can advise. I currently have gestational diabetes so am aware I’ll be at higher risk of developing type 2 in the future.
Does anyone know best way to avoid/prevent onset to type 2? Is it better to go low carb/sugar (almost keto?) or is it about cutting calories in general?
Activity I know is important- how important is it for activity to occur straight after eating? Or is it just general activity in the day that matters most?
