soya and linseed bread or wholegrain, health benifits?

One of my new years resoulutions this year was to eat more healthly. So far i'm eating a lot more veg, trying hard with my water consumption and have introduced new things into my diet. Such as nuts and seeds. I also take daily muti-vitamins.

Anyway, usually I would eat wholegrain bread but have just discovered Burgens soya and linseed bread. Had my first try to today and it's quite nice. But is this a better option than my usual wholegrain?

Does anybody know enough about breads to compare them?

Thanx

Im fairly sure my doctor recommended I increase my intake of soya and linseed when I was having hormonal problems. The soya and linseed have phytoestrogens in (plant sources of oestrogen) which is good if you are approaching the menopause like me as it can sort irregular periods and flushes. I dont honestly know the other benefits. I havent come across the burgens soya and linseed bread though, where do you get it?

I got it in iceland 2 for £2 I think. I'm only 27 and dont really suffer from hormonal probs. I did check some reviews and people have said that the burgens is the nicest out of all the other brands.
