How to deal with mood swings and irritability

I have a 2.7 year old and a 4 month old so life is hard as you can imagine and to add to it my son is non verbal. But I get so stressed, angry and irritable over the smallest insignificant things. Just normal toddler behaviour like dropping crisps or spilling a drink I react so angrily and over the top and feel so guilty afterwards. I know I need to react better but I can’t help it and I get so stressed in the moment. How do I deal with this moving forward? Can medication or therapy help? Any advice welcome

I'm sure medication and therapy can help, yes. But in the mean time what about some guided meditations, you can get them on apps like insight timer (free) or calm. They can help you "zoom out" and see the situation more clearly before you react. Also things that helped me were joining Facebook support groups (in my case for parents of children with SEN) and picking up some tips and techniques for when things are hard.
