Underactive thyroid?

Looking for some help interpreting some blood test results in order to help the conversation with my GP which isn't going anywhere.

Background: Had son two years ago and suffered from swollen legs (right is worse, especially around ankle) since. In addition experienced depression, fatigue, hair loss, numb toes, brain fog, dry skin, eczema, heavy periods, can't shift pregnancy weight gained. Basically most things it's very easy to say is related to being a new mum. I also have low blood pressure which the GP commented on but wasn't concerned as wasn't below 90 (109)

Finally had iron and b12 looked at and was low (although still 'normal' range) so being topped up by three months of iron tablets and five b12 injections. That was three months ago and did help but I feel most symptoms returning.

I had a private thyroid blood test done to try and get to the bottom of other causes as no one seems too interested in exploring-can anyone tell me if these look off? Or can suggest a different tac to take. It's been a rough two years. TIA😊

Hi, I just stumbled upon your thread as I've long suspected thyroid issues for a while, but all the various tests I've had, until now, came back within normal range. When GP tested TSH early last year (1.5 years after DS) it was 1.75 mu/L, which is very normal. However, a private fertility test this month (almost 3 years after DS) just flagged up a TSH reading of 2.72; though this is still in the 'normal' range, it's recommended that the maximum TSH should be 2.5 for anyone trying to conceive. Looking into this a bit further, it seems that some research suggests the max should actually be 2.5 for everyone. Levels can vary week-to-week (a quick Google suggested 19% but I'm too tired to verify), so it's possible I just had a slightly high reading, but either way, my TSH levels have increased a lot, so I'm requesting further investigation.

TLDR: I had normal readings last year but now they've shot up.
