Ultimate cure for tired all the time

I know, it's the age old question but I'm keen to hear usual, unusual, weird and wonderful tips for feeling tired all the time.
I'm early 40s, vegetarian, fairly active, 3 dc and a young dog who needs lots of walks, renovating our house, work full time and just constantly exhausted, which I know is mainly because I just never seem to stop! I've had my bloods checked and they're all normal, albeit lower end of normal, but I take a multivitamin, eat fairly healthily and drink lots of water.
Has anyone worked out a miracle cure (or even something that helped a good amount?!)

What were your iron - both levels and stores - and thyroid function readings?

I'm not sure if I'm reading the right results but a recent test:

Serum TSH level 1.5 mu/L

Serum vitamin B12 level 194 ng/L

Serum folate level 12.4 ug/L

Serum ferritin level 24 ug/L

I know im probably just tired because im busy and awful hayfever recently lent helping but I'd try anything for a boost and stop craving a 3pm nap daily!

Take Vit b complex and give up alcohol. Have a good bedtime routine. Take magnesium glycinate. Cut down sugar and caffeine.

I don't really drink alcohol other than a glass of wine now and again and don't have any caffeine. I could probably cut out sugar more and will look into vitamin B. Thanks

Is your vitD ok? Your thyroid needs it to work properly.

As you are in your 40’s I’d have a look at peri menopause too, so you know the signs.
Exhaustion is a symptom, and I didn’t realise that my periods were so bad that my ferritin dropped.

That ferritin is very low.

Mine was 16 before Xmas and I was on the floor, plus also felt faint sometimes. The results I received said 'ferritin below normal level, investigate cause'.

I recommend you take a ferrous sulphate every few days with a vitamin c tablet for absorption, at least two hours before breakfast/coffee. My Ferritin is now over 70 and I feel loads better.

Also poss investigate HRT that has also given me more energy.

Otherwise delegate as much as you can afford to!

Oh OP BTW I've had an afternoon nap for years.

Since my iron is back to normal I don't crave it nearly as much.

My GP looked at all my ferritn results going back to when I had my children and they have been low for years. Never got them back up after giving birth.

For low ferritin I was given ferrous Fumarate.

You would feel a lot better if your ferritin was over 100.

Start taking some iron.

I was tired for years! I feel like I've taken every vitamin invented. The only thing that has helped has been giving up sugar and packaged food, so no crisps, sweets, cakes, anything in a packet! It was hard to begin with and it's been 4 months now but I've got so much more energy and I'm not constantly tired.

Thank you. The GP was adamant that all the results were fine, even when I asked if some were low enough to be causing symptoms. I have no other menopause symptoms and they tested whatever it is they test and concluded I wasn't peri. I don't have periods so it's hard to tell!
I'll get some iron supplements and try that too- I have been anaemic a few times before so maybe that'll help.
I'm counting down to the end of term so I have six weeks off work, literally counting down the days so I have some time to rest!

Vitamin D. Really high strength one's, not the sort you buy at boots. In liquid form. I have the strength that's right at the limit of what's safe to take, not at the limit of the RDA.

Short snoozes to reset my brain if I can. Brisk walks that make me breathless
