So, for the 3rd of 4th time I've had a weird thing with the 1st finger on my left hand... it goes all pale and tingly like I've got pins and needles in the end of it!
What on earth, I'm like ET!

Looks like this...

Raynaud's affects your blood circulation. It causes some areas of your body to feel cold, sore or numb, or change colour.

If you have Raynaud's, your fingers or toes may change colour when you're cold, anxious or stressed. They may also feel sore or numb.

You can help Raynaud's by keeping warm during cold weather and finding ways to relax. Some people need medicine to help improve their circulation.

It looks like Reynauds to me. It doesn't need to be very cold for DHs to trigger

Yeah, that's a real thing. Same condition, just caused by controllers, not brushcutters or drills.
