Would you mind looking at my throat? (Picture warning)

Gross picture warning.

I'm pretty sure I've got tonsillitis judging by the marbles in my throat, but I've accidentally scared myself reading about quinsy and now this "pocket" on one tonsil is looking suspicious. Anyone know if this is a normal tonsillitis looking thing or if I should be concerned?

I had tonsils that were almost touching (glandular fever) and they gave me steroids

Are you taking vitamin c? Plenty of fluids.

Still bloody hurts, managed to see a face to face doctor today and he says it looks like strep a. Sent off a swab and started a course of penicillin.
