Hello,

Wondering if any of you have any knowledge of similar please.

For over a week now I've been pretty dizzy/headachey.

Last Monday was really intense and I had to go into work late as struggled with my balance.

Since then it's not been that severe again but still present.

Having done some googling/feeling about my head/neck it seems like it could be a TMJ/bruxism thing as I do feel like my bite has changed lately and my front teeth feel tender in the morning. Also have a clicky jaw and sometimes an achey jaw joint. The area above my ear on my scalp also feels sore to touch (like a tender muscle soreness)

I got a sleep mouth guard yesterday and this morning my front teeth don't have the tenderness so hopefully maybe I've found something to start relieving it.

But still dizzy today and pressure feeling in/behind the bridge of my nose.

Trying to get a Dr appt but in the meantime wondering if anyone has had similar.

I'm late 30s. Not on any contraception.

'But still dizzy today and pressure feeling in/behind the bridge of my nose.'

Do you have hayfever by any chance OP? I just wondered as where I live pollen has been terrible this past week and I wondered if it could be playing havoc with your sinuses or causing pressure behind your ears resulting in dizziness.

I get mild hayfever but no sneezing/congestion/watery eyes or anything currently.

Maybe I should take an antihistamine and see?

I grind my teeth and it can cause this
but other possibilities are ear infection or vertigo

I'd see a GP - I know! - but if you feel it might settle alone, you might be right.

Labrynthitus/vertigo?
I have this currently after two weeks of proper flu. I am dizzy, worse at times than others, and my ear tubes feel full up iyswim? And my head feels as if it's full of cotton wool.

Thanks.

Has it caused dizziness etc for you?

I'd love to hear what symptoms your tooth grinding caused and how/if you fixed it?

I'm pretty sure this is stemming from my jaw but it just seems quite severe and worrying.

Hoping the mouth guard helps.

Really getting me down now as it's so constant.

It ticks a few boxes for labrynthitis but not all.

I don't feel like anything is particularly blocked etc.

Also I know that it can be so debilitatingly bad with vomiting etc. Mine isn't to that extreme. Just more a constant lightheaded feeling and a constant pressure/ache.
