Mine's pretty much always around 60% stationary shock

Really need to move more but just curious as to what other people's are.

I don't know. I can't see that data? Do you know where it shows?

StJulian2023 · 26/02/2023 18:29

I can’t see that data either

NoWeaponsOnTheTable · 26/02/2023 19:00

Mostly 50/50

BorisJohnsonsHair · 27/02/2023 20:25

You click on where it says 10 out of 10 hours (or however many)

Mines normally around 50/50.

tilestoclean · 28/02/2023 04:48

Never less than 7 hours active

mynameisnotkate · 28/02/2023 04:55

Oh, I’ve never seen that before. Mine varies wildly, from 36 to 83% active over the last fortnight. What should one be aiming for?

megletthesecond · 28/02/2023 07:00

I think I've found it. I aim for 9hrs active and usually get 8 or 9hrs. I'll see if it shows a percentage today.

openingbat · 28/02/2023 07:12

Mine averages 7/9 hours active

SkankingWombat · 28/02/2023 07:46

I don't have a percentage, although that sounds better than what I get. It measures how many total 'active hours' over an 11hr period. I'm scoring 8-11 hrs 'active' in that period.
It's a bit of a nonsense though TBH as it works purely on steps, not taking other movements or heart rate etc into account. I have a trade, and the week before last my watch vibrated to 'remind' me to move. I was stood in a room lifting long lengths of timber and holding them in place whilst fixing them to the wall using a large SDS drill - hardly 'inactive'! I was bending, twisting, and throwing my weight behind it, and my heart rate would have been elevated (which the watch measures), yet because I wasn't walking I was inactive?

monyay · 28/02/2023 07:48

5-6 active hours out of a possible 10 on average. So 50-60%

No idea what that means and if it's good or bad.

Does anyone have their stress level tracked? I've only just noticed this feature.
