Anyone good at reading results? I had bloods in Jan for a reoccurance thrush issue and I expected the doctors to ring if an issue.
I've logged on the NHS app today to check my COVID travel stuff and found the results. DR Google has scared me .. what's these results mean? They are the only ones out of all the many tests they did that are out of wack.

Ive sent a econsult but they may not get back to me till Thursday so I'm panicking slightly

do you drink?
are you on any medication?
Are you overweight or obese?
Diabetic?
Why is your B12 so high, do you have b12 injections?

High levels of liver enzymes GGT, ALT and AST are predictive of disease and all-cause mortality and can reflect liver injury, fatty liver and/or oxidative stress. Variation in GGT, ALT and AST levels is heritable.

Don't drink. If I do it's very rarely and hardly. I do like alcohol free Becks blue.
No medication
Yes to overweight BMI 31.8 when according to NHS should be 25
Don't think I'm diabetic as the diabetes test came back negative- but that's just my reading of the many test results
I do not have b12 injections- never been told b12 is an issue.
Never smoked
Exercise probably an issue as noticeably more sedimentary due to home working.

Last blood tests was when I was pregnant 2 ish years ago.
If I'm honest I'd be happy (I know that sounds awful but bear with me) if it's fatty liver as that's something I can activatly work on. Anything else well I'm horrified, scared and panicking about

Agree with the PP, Fatty liver would be my guess if you don't drink alcohol! You can have a fatty liver without necessarily having diabetes

Totally understand, if that’s the reason for it then there’s something you can do. I hope you don’t have to wait too long to speak to GP.
I just found this.
Can Nafld cause high B12 levels?
Six out of eight showed a higher B12 level in NAFLD patients (mean 223.5 to 473.1 pg/mL) when compared to controls (mean 171.9 to 448.0 pg/mL).

My Alt and gamma levels are high too but lower than yours- I do drink but under the recommended level, I am 3 stone overweight and on statins and pre diabetic.I panicked too andGP told me that when it's really serious issue levels can be 3 and 4 times the maximum and more- over the range but under 80 it's usually to do with being overweight , lack of exercise and medications.
