My period was 2 weeks late, and it came today really heavy. I’m 24 and I’ve never had a heavy period before. I have a 1 year old that I stopped breastfeeding 3/4 months ago, been tracking my ovulation, I’ve had normal periods up until now. I am just unsure if this is too heavy, as I’ve never had this before so is it worth me calling my GP? Or is this a normal amount? 😅 This was less than an hour of putting the pad on, and I wiped with that tissue. My periods were always regular-ish, only thing that has changed in my life with this cycle is a lot of stress, and I’ve been taking ashwaghanda and fenugreek. I don’t know if these factors could cause the late and heavy period.
