GRAPHIC photo. Is this external haemorrhoid infected?

Larger than a grape. Had it three days I'm in late pregnancy. It seems to have become slightly smaller but developed a white patch over night ?

I spoke to a nurse who asked for photos and she called me back and prescribed antibiotic cream fucidic acid. Haven't applied it yet but the white stuff has become really dry and cracked and bleeding now. She wasn't 100% on infection but said the white patches look strange. I can't take any pregnancy safe antibiotics as I'm allergic to penicillin ☹️ so hopefully this works x

@Bestcatmum sorry I'm just waiting for a doctor to call me back and I'm unsure what to do. I woke up at 5am for a wee and it was bleeding quite heavy for around 5 minutes then I got it to stop. Is this something to be concerned about? It doesn't feel any worse and looks about the same. Seeing different advice online about what to do x
