of course!

Then I come on MN to get help with getting things back in perspective again

ConnorTraceptive · 31/01/2008 15:41

Used to until it went too far and turned pnd into full blown health anxiety and nearly had a total breakdown (all because of a mole)

NEVER EVER google anything about my health now.

Lomond · 31/01/2008 15:43

Yes all the time, then I wish I hadn't!

Pheebe · 31/01/2008 15:48

I try not to but unfortunately I'm a medical writer so I or some member of my family suddenly appears to have the symptoms of whatever disease I'm writing about not great as most of my work is in oncology!

WezzleWoo · 31/01/2008 15:54

always.

Lizzer · 31/01/2008 16:35

I constantly wonder how we survived without it

But more seriously I found out much more about my unborn ds's kidney condition than was EVER imparted to me from any doctor I encontered during my pg...and I found it out there and then and didn't have to wait for an appt..

moljam · 31/01/2008 16:36

noooooooooooooo!
not after ds2 kept having white poo and i googled that.he is a dog from the 80's apparently.

lokka · 31/01/2008 16:49

That's exactly what I have done before.

Mindyou, sometimes searching on MN gets me paranoid too!

Lizzer · 31/01/2008 17:05

Pmsl Moljam - dogs did have white poo in the 80's!!!

(I'm sure your ds isn't one though)

loopylou6 · 31/01/2008 17:11

All the time. It can really make you paranoid, but at least when you end up going to the doctor's, you know exactly what to ask..

McDreamy · 31/01/2008 20:55
