I've been obsessing over my nightly heart rate graph every morning and it's giving me major anxiety.
I've noticed high heart rate spikes now and again during my sleep on my FitBit watch, upto 90/100 beats per minute.
I'm hoping it could be me just turning over in bed, or shuffling around changing position or even a dream/REM sleep.
But I'm freaking out about sleep apnea as I've heard your heart rate can spike up when you stop breathing.
Has anyone experienced their FitBit have high spikes during their sleep?
