Implants, breastfeeding and lumps

Advice needed from anyone who's had implants then breastfed, or even had a baby I guess!

I had small implants placed (over the muscle) when I was younger as I was very flat chested. They've always been pretty 'hard', not squishy - I would deffo be able to feel a lump or something due to the firmness.
Anyway, fast forward a few years, marriage, older, contemplated having them removed before children but decided after much research to leave them in as after breastfeeding 2/3 babies I may want a lift anyway!

Breastfed my first and current baby successfully and I stopped about 6/7 weeks ago. My breasts are super droopy now, like deflated balloons, and very squishy (like there's nothing under the skin). For the first time since before pregnancy I thought I'd get to know my boobs and check for lumps etc and I'm a but anxious and want to know if this is normal?

If I press/massage and feel the breast tissue around the nipple it feels massively lumpy/bumpy.
And also towards the armpit a little if I press super super super hard (unless it's a little pea sized rock hard nodule on my rib cage?).

I live somewhere where seeing a GP costs £50 and I'm pretty skint at the mo, so mindful about not throwing away money if this is just a normal post-breastfeeding thing and it's perfectly safe to leave alone for a few months to see?!

Thoughts??

Any breast lump should be investigated to rule out anything sinister, it could be leakage, fatty lump or milk ducts blocked, but best to get it checked.
