Flu Jab

I had a flu jab earlier this week and feel absolutey horrendouswith the side effects. I didnt last year that mean if I had caught this years flu it would have got me bad or does it not work like that?

Just found this thread and wanted to add my experience. I’ve had a flu jab every year for the past 6 years with no side effects, but after this year’s jab I’ve felt rotten. Queasy, dizzy, woke up feeling horrendous the following day. It’s 3 days later and I’m still very tired.

Could you perhaps have the actual flu? It's arrived early this year, and the jabs' effectiveness doesn't really kick in for a few weeks...

Had mine on Tuesday afternoon and felt really tired and achey that evening and some of the next day. Better on Thursday but had an awful headache that painkillers didn't really touch all day Friday. Back to feeling OK now.
