Ongoing for a long time.
I have tried some liquid in the past , just keep them covered in a plaster for now but this time they are resistant to the magic of keeping them covered !

Need to start again with some wart removal liquid or something.
What has anyone had success with.

I will try and add a photo !

Tea tree oil got rid of mine .... soak a cotton wool ball in it and apply liberally to the wart a few times a day. Takes a few weeks.

Amazingly thuja homeopathy worked for both my kids’ warts and veruccas. Power of suggestion maybe but I was glad of it.

Nothing worked on mine, had them all frozen off after I kept catching them on things, had them in both hands and foolishly got both hands done at same time, some went first try but 2 of them took several goes. This was years ago and never came back. Doctors also prescribed something but can’t remember what was to build my immune system

Awkward to get position right .
Asked D's to take them... He kept heaving and saying it was horrible and did not want to look at it 😂😂🤣

I thought the doctors did not bother with warts anymore ?

Had a small one frozen off many years ago .
Same thumb but at the top.

I had a tiny one in my face I forgot what it was called but it looked more like a skin tag.
I used bazooka. Not meant to use it on your face but doctors won't remove them only for cosmetic reasons and I was so embarrassed about it so I used bazooka and it worked. Hasn't came back and no scar.

I took son to the GP at his insistence, almost 20 years ago. GP said, 'Don't worry, it will go on its own.', in an authoritative tone of voice.

Two weeks later it had disappeared. No fuss, no sign, I actually checked the other hand thinking I'd misremembered where it was.

There's truth in old wives tales!

Find someone to sell it to, or get them to rub it with a gold wedding ring. Or take thuja!

I had a persistent cluster on my foot (so veruccas but same thing really). They'd been there 20 years!

What you need is to get to the root - the tiny black bit. In a cluster you'll likely have more than one, because each wart has a root. So you need to gently scrape down to it. Basically whichever way causes you the least pain. And it's your finger so it'll be sensitive. Then once you see the black bit, bazooka it. Do it until it hurts, pause, then do it again until it hurts (shorter!). Then stop. This has to be repeated at least on a weekly basis. You can remove any layer of wart skin growing over it. Can also wear a plaster over it in between freezings.I had this done at a dr when I was living abroad and it was the only thing that got rid of the fecker. But it's important to not scrimp on the freezing. The instructions on the package (so I was told) are for small warts, they don't work so well for clusters because they need more freezing.

Just be careful because your thumb is sensitive. It's not enjoyable but once it's gone, you'll forget all about it!

You can use bazooka to tackle them. Apply, then daily file with a bit of Emory board (disposable nail file) and then discard. Do not re-use whatever you scrape with otherwise it will spread the virus and the cluster will grow.

The black bit isn’t “the root”. It’s the blood supply to the wart, and yes each wart will have its own blood supply. It is only black because the blood capillary turns black as it’s cauterised by the acid in the bazooka. You may need to keep going even after you get to the black bit depends on how deep the wart goes. Most warts grow outwards, but some can grown inwards as well. Basically keep going until it gets painful and the bazooka is doing an acid burn…that’s when you know you have reached healthy skin.

Another option to bazooka are wart removal discs by Scholls or Compound W. These are medicated patches you stick on the wart and then can cover with a plaster. It gradually delivers the medicine to the wart and you change them out per the directions. You can also overlap and put discs next to each other to cover irregular clusters like you have. These are more gentle than bazooka and less likely to irritate skin around the wart. They might take a bit longer, but still get the job done. You’d still scrape off whatever goes white and dead, but remember always use a bit of Emory board disposable nail file to to scrape..don’t use pumice stone or a foot scrub..that will just spread the virus and you risk more warts popping up.

No, warts don't have roots. Warts originate from the top layer of skin, the epidermis. As they grow down into the second layer of skin, the dermis, they can displace the dermis. The underside of a wart is smooth
They may have black dots that look like seeds, which are really tiny blood clots

i had a wart cluster on my foot. I applied tea tree oil daily, and it worked. The GP refused to treat it. I tried Wartner and Bazooka and it was a waste of money
