"loose" women, vaginal/prolapse help/surgery

Hello ladies

Reading the "loose" women thread from a few weeks back, you all seem very frank and helpful; why do we never talk about these things! I have the same problem ... seems very loose "down there" over the past couple of years, most noticeably during sex. Used to be able to "squeeze" but now cant. Really spoiling my sex life. Sorry if tmi! Also think may now possibly have a bladder prolapse.

Can any of you ladies offer any advice; has anyone had surgery to improve things and did it work? I do pelvic floor exercises but doesnt seem to help. Was going to buy one of the "bio-feedback" machines but suppose will have to check out bladder prolapse first. Thanks

go see your GP, they should refer you to a physio for starters

me too Kaz. I went to my GP and was told that I have an anterior prolapse, but that the smallish amount of stress incontinence I get is perfectly normal for a woman who has had children .
She referred me for physio, anyway. TBH, if that doesn't sort things out a bit more I'd be very tempted to have 'vaginal rejuvenation' surgery done privately. I also feel that it affects my enjoyment during sex although dh gallantly says that it doesn't feel any different to before children.

Thanks. Geekgirl; I asked my OH if it felt different .... said no ... but think didnt want to hurt my feelings Used to be very snug. I'm also tempted by the vaginal rejuvenation surgery if all else fails. Let me know if you go down that route! Isnt that what Jordan's having next as a treat for her Pete
